AnaMaria is an entrepreneur with 20 years of management and consulting experience. Her professional career includes being a Consultant at McKinsey & Company where she advised leading companies across industries in the fields of strategy, leadership, marketing and organizational issues. She has been a top executive and board director at several companies in different industries.  She has been an Adjunct Professor with Pontificia Universidad Javeriana for 13 years, and an Adjunct Professor with Temple University for six years teaching at the EMBA program in Cali and Singapore.  She has lectured and presented conferences in United States, Singapore, Russia, China and Colombia.

AnaMaria holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Candidate for Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership at Insight University.
